Hi, we are Jon and Claire a couple of mid-lifers with a Hymer, a hound and a taste for adventure!

Having been avid tent campers for many years we finally got fed up of having to put our ‘kit’ away during the winter and made the leap into van life.

We love rescue Greyhounds and Lurchers and have a newly adopted greyhound called Birdie! She’s a youngster, 18 months old, sweet and wild all at the same time. She’s yet to experience vanlife but hopefully soon we’ll all be on the road again chasing adventures.

We’d had a couple of months being dogless as our precious Belle passed away at about 15-16yrs in May 2022. She’d been finding it pretty tough on her own as we lost our darling girl Tilly (last June 2021) at 15 who had been her sidekick for 12+ years. They spent all their time together and loved getting away for van life adventures!

Tilly (above) and Belle (below) loved their adventures and life without them is pretty tough but we have years of wonderful memories to make us smile!!!
